This class incorporates a variety of cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your body moving. May include strength training exercises.
 
Zumba 100 Mon Wed Fri 8:30am-9:25am
Zumba utilizes Latin Rhythms in dance exercise. It’s so much fun. All ages Welcome.
 
Boot Camp 100 Tue Thr Sat 8:30am-9:25am
A combination of cardio, strength, and agility drills to challenge all fitness levels. Class may be held indoors or outdoors.
 
Tai Chi 100 Wed Sat 10:00am-10:55am
A slow, controlled series of movements increasing stability and balance for a relaxing workout.
 
Core Conditioning 200 Mon Wed Fri 10:30am-11:25am
Class focusing on strengthening the abdominal muscles, lower back and obliques.
 
Strength Training 200 Tue Thr Sat 10:30am-11:25am
Add muscle strength and definition. May include the use of weights, tubes resistance bands, stability balls, etc.
 
All Sports Conditioning 100 Mon-Sat 12:00pm-12:55pm
Get personalized coaching in a small group setting to learn or develop sport specific skills: agility, speed, strength, and core. Whether you're a weekend warrior or serious athlete, take your performance to a higher level.
 
Yoga 100 Mon Wed Fri 1:30pm-2:25pm
Enhance strength, posture, flexibility and balance and leave with an overall sense of well-being.
 
Ballet 100 Mon-Sat 2:30pm-3:25pm
Learn beginner to intermediate steps and choreography in this highly technical and disciplined dance form.
 
Indoor Cycling 200 Mon-Sat 2:30pm-3:25pm
This class uses exercise bicycles focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race day) and recovery to motivating music.
 
Pilates 100 Mon-Thr,Sat 5:00pm-5:55pm
A mat work class which emphasizes abdominal strength and core stability while balancing the rest of the body.
